What's the best way to get fit at home?

Would you recommend a Schwinn 418?

A good way to get fit at home without using any special equipment would be doing pushups, stair climbing, and situps. These do not require you to pay for equipment but will increase your strength, stamina and work off any excess abdominal fat.

A stationary plus a bench is all you need. Don't worry about full in-home gyms. From the bike you can also do breathing and arm exercises, and on the bench you can do sit-ups, free-weights, dips... all while you watch a movie or whatever. 2-hour routines fly by if you have a simple pattern to follow.
