There's a program called Audacity that you can download for free online. There are also programs that you can buy such as Magix Music Maker 16 which have mixers that could fix the problem.

Antares is a software company that specializes in vocal reproduction. They have a pitch shifter that is perfect for fixing vocal pitches from a singer that might have proformed less than perfect. The also provide some nice mic modelers that make some mediocre mics sound like very nice expensive microphones.

There are many good quality music editing programs. One i have used is called Audacity, its totally free , easy to use and available for several computer platforms.
