Aerosoles are a good brand for shoes for people who are on their feet all day. They offer a lot of support and are very comfortable. Crocs are aslo a great brand for those who are on tehir feet all day. Crocs come in a variety of comfortable styles.

Any kind of shoe that is comfortable for you to walk in for a while, is a good teaching shoe! I have heard that "Easy Spirit" brand are great shoes...they are like sneakers, except more casual and comfortable. You also have to take into consideration that you have to dress appropriately for your teaching job.
