Your rash could be coming from heat, it's called heat rash, and don't know if you know this or not but as you age your allergies can change so just because you haven't changed your bath soap, laundry products, or clothing doesn't mean that you can't develop an allergy to them.

Too much of sweating causes irritation and also lured by an insect in the dirty grass while playing and getting in physical contact with the infected partner and even by the contact dermatitis which causes rashes on the pants which are communicated to the pants or the underwear and spreads to the butt area.
