No! George Washington supported religious tolerance; he hoped that the new government would include and protect people of other religions (as he expressed in a letter to a Jewish community. )

No, he was Semitic indeed. He was a Freemason, Freemasons are known of their huge respect towards Judaism. There is no way he can be an Anti-Semitic.
