The recommended vaccines for certain regions changes from month to month so I would always suggests that you contact your local department of health and check and the state departments website. Also check with your tour group.

You need all of your routine immunizations up to date including measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus and polio. You will also need hepatitis A and hepatitis B. You should also consider typhoid and Japanese encephalitis if you are traveling in Southeast Asia, especially small villages and farming areas. Rabies vaccination and anti-malarial drugs can also be considered.
