Get your guinea pig to a vet. When my guinea pig had blood in her urine, it turned out to be cystitis which needed to be treated with antibiotics.

If your guinea pig is squeaking while it is going to the bathroom chances are it is a urinary tract infection. Take your guinea pig to the vet for a checkup. Antibiotics will take care of your pet and make him feel better.

Take your pig to a cavy-savvy exotics vet (one who has trained in rodents). It it probably a URI or a kidney stone - both of which are easily treated by a vet, but can be fatal if not treated promptly.

Take your guinea pig to an exotics vet ASAP. This means one who specialises in rodents, not an ordinary cat/dog vet. It is likely a UTI or bladder stones, both of which are common as pigs age and can be treated easily - but can be fatal if left untreated. Do not try home remedies. Go to a vet.
