Talk about your experience working with the age group you are apply to work with. Also talk about personal skills (organization, etc.) that you have that are helpful in teachers.

Show that you researched the school you want to work for; mention some things about the school and how you think you would be a great fit. On your resume list any work-related experience, such as working at a day care or summer camp. Let them know you have references upon request.
