When buying children's galoshes, the most important thing is that they are water proof and not just water resistant, as kids cannot seem to avoid puddles!

Most importantly you should make sure they are the correct size for your child. Check the material the galosh is made of to ensure it will hold up to the elements. The inside should be insulated to protect your childs feet from the water. I would recommend the golashes with the handles on top for easy on and off.

Look for good traction on the bottom of the galoshes and buy them at least 1 -2 sizes bigger if they will wear their shoes inside them.

First, make sure the kids like them. If they don't like the way the look, it won't matter how nice they are because they won't want to wear them anyway.

You should make sure they are comfortable and leave a little room to grow. Also, don't buy ugly shoes for your kids or they will be upset.

To get the child to wear them, a fun looking pair (alligator, lady bug) is helpful. Find some that are big enough and comfortable. They should be a rubber or rubber-like material and should be at least 12" in height. I like the ones that have loops on the sides. It makes them easier to be pulled on.

Look for galoshes that fit well, are made well, and are good-looking enough that your kids will wear them. It's also helpful to find some that have a label inside.

First, make sure that the galoshes are a good fit, as with any shoe. It is very important that they are not too small or too big, as that can cause falls. Galoshes should also be totally waterproof, but also very flexible. They should not feel stiff, and the toe should bend easily.

When buying kids galoshes you should look at a couple of different things. One would be how well they are made because kids can be tough on shoes. Second thing to look at would be the price. Things things can get expensive and kids out grow shoes pretty quickly. Those are the two main things i would look for.

The most important aspects to buying galoshes for kids are durability, price and waterproofing. You want a sturdy pair that won't leak.

Go for fit, comfort, ease of putting them on and taking them off, and whether they are a style your kids are willing to wear.

1. Make sure the galoshes fit over the child's shoes. 2. Make sure the galoshes fit well enough over their shoes to not slide and swing around their feet.
