You need to take your pill at the same time everyday. If you need to change the time you take your pill, make sure that you take your pill at the new time and continue to take it at the same new time after that. Just make sure that you stay on the new schedule after that.

I should know if switching times will change the affectiveness of my birth control. If I have been taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning will the affectiveness change if I take it late at night on a full stomach? Will my pills interact with other medications I take later in the day?

as long as you take it every day, it is fine to switch the time you take them. I just would not have sex the day you switch or the day after. If you do use other protection that day.

I never took the Pill at the same time everyday and it still worked for me. Just make the switch. Once you pick the new time you want to take the Pill, just stick with that.

You can switch times you take your birth control but I suggest you take it easy and not have sex for a few days. Switching times can cause your birth control to fail if you mess. By avoiding sex you will make sure you give it time to work again.
