The main concern is the plumbing. You will need to cut the slab and install plumbing from the toilet/sink to a sump-pump and tie that into your main sewer line.

You'll have to know how far you are to your plumbing and what is required to tie in. If your basement sits way below, you may need to look into pumping UP to your septic or removal system- that would be your biggest challenge. The rest is all design.

If you already haven't had your plumbing done this is the most important part. You should have this done prior to starting. If you don't have it already done then you will have to break up the floor for the plumbing to be installed.

THE key thing to know is how you will drain the waste. If your existing waste line is above the level of the basement floor then you will need to pump the waste from the bathroom UP to the waste line - costly!!! You will need to look at a macerator pump.
