What should I do if my hair never recovered from telogen effluvium?

Apparently no matter what reason caused your telogen effluvium you have to expect slow results from any treatments you might try. You have to find out your triggers. Learning about your iron, thyroid and adrenal levels will also help in determining a treatment plan for yourself. Do some research.

What type of TE (telogen effluvium) do you have? There are some treatments but there are different kinds ranging from temporary hormonal changes, thyroid stalling, scalp issues and fungal issues. Without knowing specifics I can't really give you a remedy to try out. Re-ask with more info please.

why give a remedy unless you are a dr? I think the questioner should talk to their specialist who will know all the particulars and be of the most help!  add a comment

I had to be so careful trying to get my hair growth back. It is very, very touchy. I had to put my shampoo in a spray bottle instead of a blob in my hand so I could avoid clogging the follicles. Don't use a brush more than necessary.
