Chocolate harms dogs over a long period of time. That is, if they routinely eat chocolate, that is bad. One time is not going to harm them, it will however give them diareha most likely. So, there is nothing to do about it, just try not to let it happen again.

Don't give him any more of course! Theobromine in chocolate is fatal in dogs in varying amounts depending on breed, age, sex and health of your dog. If you see signs of your dog acting weirdly, please bring him to the vet.

You don't have to do anything. Your dog will be fine. The idea that chocolate kills dogs is a myth. Of course, feeding your dog chocolate on a regular basis is not good for it.

Actually, dogs can't have chocolate. It's real. My dog and my friends dog died after eating chocolate.  add a comment

There isn't much to do, and if it was not an excessive amount the dog will probably be perfectly fine.
