What should I do for a persistent fever caused by penumonia?

You should finish the antibiotics your doctor prescribed; then deep breath, cough, drink a lot of water, exercise a little; because your penumonia might be caused by lack of movement.

You should probably take Tylenol or Ibuprofen every four to six hours for your fever. Of course you should also see a doctor also in case you need a antibiotic.

Well penumonia is caused by bacteria and a virus.If your symptoms return regularly then your body is not fighting the infection. Your immune system could be weak.
