It is important to make sure he doesn't get dehydrated, so your biggest concern is to rehydrate him with a solution of 1 cup water, 2 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp baking soda. Feed him dry foods like rice and little pieces of bread, bananas. Take him to the vet if he doesn't improve after 2 days.

Rabbits have very sensitive digestive systems requiring fiber in the form of hay. If the condition persists have the rabbit examined by a veterinanarian who specializes in rabbits.

Your rabbit needs to be taken off any pellet food. Instead, give him plenty of hay and leafy greens. To thicken his stools give him uncooked oatmeal in a small bowl. Also, make sure that he stays hydrated.

You should not attempt to treat this on your own. Diarrhea can be life threating for a rabbit. You need to get this rabbit to a vet immediately so the vet can hydrate and treat your rabbit.

If your Dutch rabbit has diarrhea it could because of a change in the way that the rabbit eats. If you think nothing has changed in the rabbits diet, then I suggest that you take the rabbit to your local vets office to have your dutch rabbit checked out.

Has something changed in your rabbits diet? Regardless of this you need to take your rabbit to the vet, as small creatures they are quickly dehydrated and constant or excessive diarrhea can result in rapid dehydration which can be deadly.

Your rabbit is now in extreme danger of dying from the diarrhea. Rabbits are very tiny animals and yours is now very dehydrated. You must bring this rabbit in to a Vet who specializes in small animals and exotics for the care he desperatly needs. At this point, any vet will do as long as you take him.

Take your rabbit to the vet. If you want a less costly remedy, I would suggest apples or baby bananas

Diarrhea in small animals can be quite serious, especially if it persists over a few days. Please take your rabbit to a qualified exotics vet for a check up - it could save his life.
