This could be a sign of mammary gland cancer or a pending pregnancy if she has not been spayed or exposed to a male rabbit. Please take your bunny to the vet immediately. Rabbits are very susceptible to illnesses and issues. They can die easily if illnesses are not caught quickly.

It seems to be false pregnancy or infection of mammary glands. Immediately do confirmation with vet. If she running around with fur in the mouth or trying to build nest will be confirmation of false pregnancy. It will be very painful, go for a exam.
