Yes it is possible. However, this is one of the things you should "never attempt by yourself"! This should only be done by professionals.

If your house is a concrete building it is very difficult to rise it's hight. Otherwise it is very easy to increase it's hight. In order to increase the hight we should remove the roof first and then by using some additional bricks we can increase the hight of the walls and make the roof further.

Most homes can be elevated, and there are companies that specialize in doing just this. It is not something that you can do yourself, however. The exact technique varies with the type of home and its condition. Broadly speaking, large steel beams or other supports are placed under the home and hold it up while sturdy columns are installed.
