Believe it or not, plants need a lot of the same vitamins people do, depending on their needs. B1, B12, zinc, iron, phosphorus and many more. I even read that a Centrum saved a dying plant! You need to research what your plant needs, and there are many great preparations in your garden center that will provide it.
