What kind of vine should I plant to cover a chain link fence?

Depending on your area, you could grow English Ivy which quickly spreads and looks decorative, or a climbing rose also looks nice. Morning Glory vines bloom and add a lovely touch to your yard.

For a quick fix look at morning glories, cardinal vines, and moon flowers. Perennial choices could include honeysuckle, clematis and wisteria.

Imagine your fence to be a large trellis and use your imagination; plan ahead and combine colors and patterns on fence if desired. Recognize its looks in winter. Vines appropriate include; honeysuckle, morning glory, orange glow vine, hops vine, moonflower, mandeville, silverlace vine, passionflower, Chilean glory.. among others.

Why not try cardinal climber and bougainvillea they are a perfect viny plant for your fence.They will really cover your fence when they are fully grown.Plus the fact that the color of their flower are so pretty.So it serve two purpose for your fence and for beautification.It likes hitting two birds with one stone.

vine is a kind of climbing plant which produces grapes as its fruit so in order to cover a chain like fence it should be planted upon a chain.
