Same as any other doctor. You would need to enroll in a pre-med program which would include courses in biology, chemistry and prepare you for medical school.

To become a pediatrician you will need an undergraduate degree preferably in science: biology, chemistry or biochemistry. (It is not necessary to apply to medical school but it will make your life easier because if you don't major in one of these you will have to make up all the credits anyway. ) Then apply to medical school; specialize in pediatrics.
