What is your opinion of the Detox album by Dr. Dre?

The album hasn't been released so there isn't an opinion I can offer you. However, I fear that when it finally gets released it won't be worth the hype.

Due for release during the fall of 2010 after nine long years. Detox by Dr Dre is thought to be his best album release to date. Full of old school beats and the latest fashion tracks. The best Album of the year I believe.

First of all, I love Dr. Dre. This being said, Detox is probably my least favorite of his works. I much prefer The Chronic or The Chronic 2001.

Although the prospect of listening to Detox seems slimmer and slimmer everyday I think the wait will be worth it. The albums that Dre has made in the past have pushed the boundaries of rap but still incorporate the sound that Dr. Dre has became famous for even with his first group N.W.A.
