While arm, chest, and gas pain can be symptoms of a minor problem such as severe flatulence (gas enters under the ribs causing chest pain), or acid reflux it should be looked at right away. Many times chest pain are ignored when they can be symptoms of a heart attack. Pain in or around the heart warrants an ER visit.

This could be indicative of a heart attack if on the left side and you should go to the hospital. If on the right side it could be your gall bladder and again you should seek medical attention.

Gas is likely a symptom of poor eating, and the arm/chest pain may also factor. Simultaneoush arm and chest pain is likely sign of heart problems. A major sign of a heart attack is arm pain. Please see a cardiologist or doctor regarding this immediately.

anything from a heart attack to idigestion. you would need blood work for cardiac enzymes called cpk levels , chest film and xray.

There could be multiple reasons for having arm chest pain and gas this coud be because you are exercising excessively and not eating enough or could be to do with your muscles or intergestion there are many things that could be wrong best to get checked out incese anything serious.
