What is up with the name "Morton's the Steakhouse"?

It doesn't make any grammatical sense.

The name does make sense, especially when you think about it in a certain way. It is most commonly know as simply Morton's, which is a common enough naming convention for a restaurant. If a restaurant is called The Steakhouse, that also makes sense. So it is The Steakhouse owned by Morton and thus Morton's The Steakhouse.

Well, techically it does make sense but it seems like they put the apostrophe in the wrong spot. It also seems like that there is a comma missing from all of this.
