Chiropractic treatment or osteopathy can be very useful in freeing up old nerve pain. Craniosacral therapy is also found to be useful by some people as is myofascial release which focuses more on muscles and can be very good at assisting with blood flow into the area which will aid healing.

Definitely exercises like rotating hands will give permanent cure. As a temporary cure you can try for hot water or ice cube treatment on the pain area. PT will give you traction or heat treatment through current.

A treatment can be lower laser treatment which will attract the affected area and help considerably. Also you can try the prescription drugs that are out there or physical therapy. PT will help ease the pain and help some type of normalcy come back into your life.

Physical therapy is usually the best treatment for neuromuscular pain but you can also take an anti-inflammatory to help ease the pain.

The treatment is to go for acupuntune. Chinese love to have this treatment because it not only stops the pain but it releases the tightness around the shoulder and neck. After the acupuntune, you cannot eat cooling food stuff, such as cauliflower, cold drinks. You should not eat chicken as well as chicken will cause the pain to return.
