The Stephen Barclay Agency represents Stephen King, but it also represents a number of other well known writers. It is rare that a literary agent or agency limits itself to a single genre, especially today with publishing in its current state.

There is no literary agency that deals only and specifically with "horror." The genre is fairly broad as well. Look at the author statements/forwards of our favorite horror novels. Often, the agents and agencies are mentioned in the acknowledgements.

As of 2007, "Literary Agent News" listed Daniel Bial, of the Daniel Bial Agency in New York City, as the top literary agent handling horror novels.

There is no one agency that handles the majority of horror. Best to look at the forward/acknowledgements of best selling horror/suspect novels so see what agent/agency was responsible.

This is by far the publisher "TOR" books. They handle countless authors from Dean Koontz to ROBERT R McCAMMON. Tor has been printing classic and new horror books for over 60 years now.
