These dogs tend to be kind of "snappy". You will need to take care to socialize them well. I would not get this dog if you have small children.

A Pomeranian chihuahua mix is most likely going to be pretty noisy. Other than that, the rest is up to you. If you can control the puppy from the beginning you should have a good dog.
