Answer by  willard (874)

The angular size of the Sun varies from 31 degrees, six minutes to 32 degrees seven minutes, depending on where the Earth is in its orbit. In January, the earth is closest to the Sun, making its angular size larger than in July, when we are furthest from the sun.

Sun's actual size in degrees: 31 degrees, six minutes. It may vary. For example in January it's smaller than later. It depends by earth's position by the sun to find out it's size in degrees.
