Pantethine is a member of the B complex of vitamins, B5 to be exact. There have been some studies suggesting that large doses may help lower LDL ( bad) and raise HDL ( good) cholesterol. However, there is not conclusive evidence, and there are many other strategies you can employ to battle cholesterol issues.

Cholesterol is a soft,waxy,fat-like substance which is required to digest fats and make hormones. Pantethine contains antithetic acid which is used to support adrenal function and convert fat and carbohydrates to energy.
