First, you need to find studs behind a stable wall. You can do this with a stud finder (available at any home improvement store). Line up the frame so that the screw holes of the frame are palced over the studs. Attach the frame with screws (most likely provided with the contraption) and then attach the bag to the frame.

1.Stabilize your wall and make sure you are able to find the beams behind the sheetrock so it will stay sturdy. you should then build a wooden frame for the bag to be mounted too. very easy good luck!

Every speed gab comes with a specific set of directions unique to that particular one. But something important to remember is this: keep the bag at the proper height

When you buy the speed bag it is already put together and ready to go so what you need to do is mount it into the wall with your brackets, when you adjust it you want to put it head leval and make sure that it is strongly secured for saftey.

It's best to mount a piece of three-quarter inch plywood to the wall, secured to the studs, and bolt the speed bag to the plywood.

The correct way to mount it is use a mount that you can buy for the speedbag, and mount the bottom of the bag at about eye level.
