There are three players tied with the longest consecutive homerun streak. Dale Long, Don Mattingly, and Ken Griffey Jr. have all hit home runs in 8 consecutive games.

There have been three players that have hit at least one home run in 8 consecutive games, Don Mattingly, Dale Long, & most recently in 1993 by Ken Griffey Jr.

Three players have hit home runs in 8 consecutive games, the msot recent of which was Ken Griffey, Jr., of the Seattle Mariners in 1993. The others were Don Mattingly of the New York Yankees (1987) and Dale Long of the Pittsburgh Pirates (1956).

The longest home run streak in major league baseball is 8. This feat was accomplished by 3 diffrent players . the first was in 1956 by dale long a first baseman for the pittsburgh pirates. The seconf was in 1987 by newyork yankee don mattingly. The third and last was Ken griffey jr in 1993 with seattle.
