The Polar bear is the larges carnivore on land. The average adult male can weight up to 900 pounds and can be 12 foot long! They live in northern climates - the Artic Circle as well as Canada, Alaska, Norway and Northern Russia. They are known to move often in search of their favorite food - seals.
