In theory, HIV could be spread through cunnilingus if there were a cut or sore on the mouth and blood in the vagina. But the risk is lower than other sexual practices.

The risk is very low because it has to be bodily fuilds that transfer such as blood and actual penetration but the risk is still there although very low.

The risk of spreading HIV/STD from cunnilingus is rare. it may happens if the thier are cut marks in the male mouth and simultaneously blood oozing out from female's infected genitals.

It is my understanding that there is always a risk of transmitting or receiving HIV from the transmission of bodily fluids, so having said that, there is a risk of contracting or acquiring HIV during the performance of cunnilingus.

There is as much of a risk of contracting STDs through cunnilingus as any other form of intercourse. For safe vaginal-oral sex, use a dental dam.

It's just has high as having sexual intercourse. If the person giving or receiving has and STD you have a VERY high risk of giving it to the other person. Always have your sexual partners tested before you have sex for the first time. This will make it so you can take the proper precautions.

It's very rare to get HIV or STD's through cunnilingus, except for herpes. But honestly, why take the risk at all? Once you get herpes, you can never get rid of it. And if you do get herpes, you're at a higher risk of catching HIV.

HIV or STD's can be passed from one person to another when body fluids are mixed. It is possible that a person infected with HIV could pass on the virus to a woman by cunnilingus if the woman has a cut or broken skin that is exposed. The odds are small but still possible.
