What is the format that the Federal Court prepares an answer?

I would like to know how the federal court informs you of an answer.

The court does not do this at all. It is the responsibility of the defendant to give you a copy of the answer (this is called "serving" it), just as you got him a copy of your complaint. You can check with the court to see if an answer has been filed and mistakenly was not sent to you, however.

Well, they will review your cases several times. Upon debriefing, they will prepare an answer. They will meet with the jury and lawyers independently as well. They will go through all of the court proceedings. They will reach a fair decision in accordance to the constitution. That is how they prepare an answer.
