What is the easiest way to lose weight?

Stop eating after 6pm. Your body slows down after then. Don't eat before going to bed. Walk to the store or mailbox instead of driving. Take stairs instead of elevators.

Its a good idea not to eat after 6 because you are more likely to snack - has nothing to do with metabolism. Get 30-60 min of moderate aerobic activity (walking) per day, calculate your BMR and cut calories to lose weight.  add a comment

The easiest way to lose weight is to decrease the amount of calories in your body. You can either eat less calories or exert more calories. 3200 calories equals 1 pound so if you decrease your your calorie intake, or put out 500 for 7 days you will lose 1 pound; nothing extreme. No miracle pill will have long-lasting effects.

Walk for 20-30 minutes a day and switch your dinner with raw or boiled vegetables. Just have an early dinner and you will see the magic happening. All the Best.
