The biggest bass speaker that I have ever seen or heard about for that matter is the 18 inch bass speaker. It was a cast aluminum bass speaker that has 800 Watts of RMS, has a useable frequency range of 36Hz to 200Hz, a voice coil diameter or 4 inches, and has an impedance of 8 ohms.

In seeking a rich, deep base tone, the 18" speaker is the biggest and the most widely available. You can get custom made ones that are even larger.

Without going and getting a custom made speaker you can probably find an off the shelf model in the 36 in to 40 inch range.
