What is the best way to lose three pounds?

I need to lose three more pounds to reach my goal.

If you want to lose it and keep the 3 pounds off, keep you caloric intake under 1800 calories per day and do cardio exercise everyday. This will help you lose the weight and keep it off

Another way to burn a few extra calories each day is to walk to where you are going, or park a bit further away from your house or the store you are going to.
