The only safe way to remove a mole is to have a doctor do it. Removing a mole is not an invasive procedure and usually heals quickly with little to no scarring.

Their is NO best way to remove a mole without a doctor. I mean you could try whacking it off with a buck knife, but you run a high risk of bleeding to death, or infecting it and dying slowly of blood poisioning or having the mole be cancerous and dying of skin cancer. For yor life, see the doc.
