The best foods for pet birds are commercially made pellets. The nut and grain diets of years ago do not supply all necessary nutrients. Supplement the diet with vegetables and fruits daily. Vitamins are not needed with such a diet.

They will eat any pellots and seeds from the pet store. They enjoy fresh fruits and vegitables in thier diet as well.
