Contact your vet and ask them what is the best medicine that they would recommend for the cat. or you can go to a pet store and ask them.

Those are HUMAN medications. Most human medications are not meant for pets and could kill them if they were give in improper dosages. You need to contact your Cat's vet and find the best medication to give him. Never give your pet anything unless a licensed Veterinarian tells you to.

Do not give your cat aspirin as it would have adverse effects. I would personally give them tylenol. However it would need to be either childrens tylenol (liquid preferred) or just a small amount of adult tylenol that has been crushed (between spoons possibly? ) and has something added to make your cat injest it. Tuna or something like it.

You may give the cat a baby aspirin every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain. Give the aspirin with a bite of meat or some other food so that the aspirin will not upset the cat's stomach.

Tyelon, Motrin and Baby Aspirin are all toxic to cats if not given within a very narrow range of safety. I would not use any of these on a cat. You should talk with your vet if your cat is in pain.

Take your cat to the Vet. You should NEVER give your dog human medication without the consent of your pets Vet.

You should probably consult a vet. Cats have very sensative livers, so I wouldn't suggest giving your cat aspirin of any kind. I'm not sure about Tylenol and Motrin.
