The first thing I can tell you is that you should not play with it. You should keep a bandaid over it. I would just let it run it's course. You can try putting rubbing alcohol on it and see if that helps. Try not to let it pop either or it will really hurt.

Don't break open. Wash with soap and water. Wipe with rubbing alcohol. Clean tip of sharp needle with rubbing alcohol. Puncture blister with needle near edge to drain any fluid. Put antiobiotic ointment on blister and cover with a loose bandage or bandaid. As it dries, cut away dead skin using rubbing alcohol sterilized scissors, add ointment, cover.

Try not to pop it. Make sure the area around the blister is clean and dry. Cover it with a gauze pad.

The best first aid for a blister is moleskin. Moleskin comes in a bandage style adhesive and is put over a blister.
