This means that when someone reaches the age they are no longer legally considered to be a minor they have attained the age of majority. The age of majority is when an adult becomes legal, that is the age of legal capacity. so in the United states it will be 18years and above. Therefore it means that when a person can legaly sign a contract without it being voidable, so some states its 18 years and othere 21years old.
