Suboxone is a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone, available only by prescription and used to treat opiod addiction. It should be used only under a doctor's close supervision because if used with opiods or tranquilizers, it can cause death. So, no, it should not be used outside of a doctor's office.

Suboxone is a combination of two drugs, buprenorphine HCl and naloxone , which is clinically used to treat those addicted to narcotics and opioids. It is prescribed by a physician and can be used at home to attempt to kick narcotic addiction. It is a tablet that dissolves under the tongue.

Suboxone is a combination of buprenorphine and nalaxone that helps ease the pain of withdrawals for detoxing patients. It can be prescribed for outpatient use if the physician feels that the patient and caregiver understand and will follow the instructions to the letter. Usually it is used for in-patient treatment.

It makes them very sick if they take this and then the other drugs that they are being weaned off of for substance abuse it is used to wean a person off of drugs safely without withdraw symptoms. Yes it cane be used safely if you follow the directions from the doctor.
