It is a sauce of garlic, basil, pine nuts blended with olive oils, cheese. It is a green color paste. Its origin from Italy.Preparation of pesto is wash the basil and mix basil with garlic, cheese, lemon juice and salt. Mix until it become paste form, then add the crushed pine nuts. Serve this with pasta or with fried potato's.
