It can be hard to tell just from that description, but it is probably some sort of fungus or parasite.

If you keep the flower plants in shadow instead of keeping under sunlight then white fuzz will form and it spread into other leaves and it falls off.

I think fungus has accumulated on your white plant. Keep your plant in the sunlight and you will get rid of it. Always keep your plants for sometime near sunlight.
