Before relocating, you would have to obtain a visa from the Embassy or Consulate. You must have a valid passport and make application, which will then involve a background check. You must also have skills that are needed in Guam as a guarantee that you can support yourself but not take a job from a Guam citizen.

You have to make sure that you have all your proper travel documents and in order to move a pet there it has to go through a quarantine.

Similar to Puerto Rico, Guam is a US territory so moving there is just a matter of packaging and going if you are a US citizen.

Moving to Guam just like moving anywhere is going to be a lengthy process. You will have to deal with expensive moving costs.
