Well, depending on how old your windows are, you may seek to replace new ones that will lock out the moisture as well. Also, you may contact a company to do the window work for you.

Could be as simple as Unscrewing a few screw's and Replace the old window with a new one the same size.Also could remove the holding strip remove glass and replace.

First take out the old window, be sure the surrounding frame is clean and smooth. Measure your new window to be sure it will fit before going any further. Set the replacement window in the opening and center it. You can nail a piece of wood to hold it in place while you screw it down firmly.
