All that is involved is purchasing the speakers, wire, and a receiver. Plug all the wires into the receiver and plug the receiver into the TV. This should make the sound get channeled through the receiver and out into your speakers or plug the wires straight into your television set.

On the back of the tv there should be ports that are used to connect the speakers. You will want to have a diagram conection to make sure the polarity is right and that you do notrequire excessive voltage. Start out with small speakers first as sound from external speakers can be very powerful.

If your television is equipped with the proper jacks in the back of it its just a matter of plugging them in. If not you will need to buy a reciever that comes with a powered amp to power the speakers.

First off your cable or Satellite needs to be running through a digital box. So that you can direct the white and red cables to your Audio receiver. Once the audio cables are connected to the audio receiver. make sure your speakers are plugged into your audio receiver. Now power up your audio receiver and It should work.

Many TV's have audio out connections on the back of them. Buy speakers that have the correct type of plug and connect them to the TV audio outs, or you can connect the TV to a receiver and then connect the speakers to the receiver instead of the TV. This will ad extra amplification to TV's sound.

Well to add external speakers to your television, you need to add some wall brackets to the side of your t.v. or you can actually just place them to the side of the t.v. headboard. But you need to connect the wire of the external speakers to the audio hole.

Well if you want to add external speakers, you might want to get brackets installed around the television and then place the speakers accordingly.

Going to depend on how hightech you want to make your speaker system; the easiest would be to plug computer speakers into the microphone jack on your TV.

Most modern televisions have audio outputs. If your television has these (they would be labelled), then you simply plug them into the set.

Depends on how much you want to spend and how picky you are. You can get a two channel system with two speakers for not much. You could spend $6000 usd and have a 10.2 thx system. Go to a stereo shop and ask for a demo.
