Get a long handled screwdriver and put it directly on top of each injector with the car running. Put the handle of the screw driver up to your ear and listen. Rhythmic clicking - the injector is good. If you hear a clunking or silence - the injector is bad or there is a problem with wiring.

The easiest way to check fuel injection is to use a ahmmeter while the engine is running. Another thought is to verify the plugs, wires, and coil are cleaned. Each of these components are part of the fuel injection system. Another common function to verify is to ude fuel injection cleaner, fuel cleaner, or octane booster. This helps a lot.

Get yourself an ahmeter and use it on your engine while it is running. Measure the amount of fuel used during injection. You can also check the wires, plugs and coil and make sure they are all cleaned. All of these parts are what make up the fuel injection system

Start the car and put it in park. Then slowly accelerate the engine up to 2000 RPMS. Keep your foot steady to the needle is at 2000 RPMS. At this point, the needle should stay still. If it's moving, then you have an injector problem.

Probe the wires going to an injector with a test light and crank the engine. Use a stethoscope and have someone crank the engine will you listen for the "click".

The test will determine the flow pattern of your injectors. Normally, the pattern will be a uniform stream to supply fuel to the cylinders. The print out will show if your injectors are clogged or has an uneven pattern. If they are clogged, it will cause the engine to not fire on the cylinders that are not recieving proper fuel.

You can check the coil, plugs and wires and make sure they are cleaned, since these are parts of the fuel injection system.

Test the injector resistance, should be very low. The best way to test injectors is to run an ahmmeter check when running to see what the maximum current through them is. That stated it is improbable that injectors cause this as they really have got these things figured out
