You can use something gentle to bathe your goat such as baby shampoo, this will not harm them in any way. You may also try a cat shampoo.

Believe it or not but you can use human's shampoo on the goat. Be careful and do not get in the eyes or nostrils of the goat.

If you're looking for a shampoo that doesn't require water to use there is Caprine's Wipe Out Waterless Shampoo, which requires no rinsing, in case it's cold out. Otherwise you can use a product like Caprine Goat Shampoo.

There is shampoo called "Mane & Tail" which is for horses but can do a good job on goats. "Mane and Tail" also has a conditoner which can help their skin from becoming dry. Also recommended is Johnson's Baby Shampoo, which is gentle enough for goats.
