To re-establish your beast milk try pumping every two to three hours for twenty minute incriments as well as drinking mothers milk tea. If this does not work there are medications that your doctor can give you to help as well. Some women are not able to re-establish their milk supply after stopping to breast feed.

People swear by several different things to get milk flowing again. It has commonly been said that eating oatmeal helps, fenugreek supplements or seeds, some people even say drinking a good dark beer can increase your milk supply. (You will of course want to pump and dump after this. ) Good luck!

Pump when you are not beast feeding, which will encourage your body to produce more milk. You must stimulate demand to be able to increase the supply. It is best to pump or hand "milk" your breasts before you stop lactating altogether, because when your body stops producing milk, it may not be reestablished without another pregnancy.

It is very difficult to re-establish, but it is possible. Drink plenty of water and put the baby to the breast for every feeding, during the times that the baby is not feeding you can try to use either a manual or electric to simulate a feeding. The body should begin to produce more milk to meet the new demand.

Pump as much as you can. I would also try to take some fenugreek taking 3 pills twice daily. Also, try making mother's cookies and drinking mother's milk tea.
